VICTORIAS CITY- Victorias City PNP here collared a woman but her live-in partner escaped in a buy bust operation in Sitio Pinanobol at Barangay 6, Victorias City around 6:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Police Superintendent Santiago Rapiz, Victorias City PNP chief identified the arrested suspect as Almera Carvajal Caracena, 19 years old and resident of the place.
Her live-in partner who escaped was identified as Elmer Oquias Busico, legal age. He was believed to have escaped with some other items of shabu.
