A drug pusher who escaped when police conducted buy bust against him last year was arrested Wednesday after coming back home from Manila and return to his usual illegal activities.
Ariel Hechanova, 39, married, of Carmen Street, Bagong Dalan of Barangay 19-A, Victorias City was arrested by Victorias City PNP after serving him with arrest warrant at his house, Wednesday last week.
The arrest warrant was issued by Judge Dyna Doll Chiongson-Trocio of the Regional Trail Court, Branch-40 in Silay City dated January 13, 2016 for charges in violation of RA 9155..
