A newly identified drug personality was arrested in a drug buy bust around 3:55 p.m. Monday in VCC, Barangay 2, Victorias City.
Police Chief Inspector Eduardo Corpuz, OIC, identified the suspect as Rene Teruel Estrella, 36, single, of Barangay 2, Victorias.
Confiscated from him were five medium sized sachets of “shabu” including a buy bust item in exchange for P400 by bust money; cash proceeds of P538.00 and other drug paraphernalia.
The confiscated illegal drugs have an estimated market value of P5,000.
