A high value target drug personality was arrested by Victorias City PNP around 4:40 p.m. in Villa Victoria, Barangay 13, Victorias.
Police Chief Inspector Eduardo Corpuz, OIC, identified the suspect as Reynaldo Talde Opelario, 45, of Barangay 13, Victorias.
Confiscated from him were; sachets of shabu contained in (1) medium (3) elongated sachets and other drug paraphernalia and P220 cash proceeds.
The confiscated items have a market value of P5, 000.
The suspect is detained at Victorias PNP custodial facility.*(CMG)
