A drug personality was arrested in a buy bust operation by Victorias City PNP at Barangay 1, Victorias City around 5:20 p.m. Tuesday in Bangga Daan Banwa, Barangay 1.
Police Chief Inspector Eduardo Corpuz, OIC, identified the suspect as John Edfiel Gumban Guino-o, 24, single, a newly identified suspect and resident of the place.
Confiscated from him were three medium sized including the buy bust item in exchange for P400 buy bust money; two elongated; and one small sachet of suspected shabu; one cellular phone and other drug paraphernalia.
