Two were arrested and another escapes while having in their possession unlicensed firearms in San Carlos and Victorias cities, Monday.
The two suspects were identified as Emil Laguda, of legal age, resident of Central in Barangay 1, San Carlos; Joemarie Llabori Erago, 35; and Rolando Leco Llanera, 62, of Estrella Village, Barangay 6, Victorias City.
