Celeste Robbery Group Escapes Victorias PNP Operation

Victorias City PNP already identified responsible for the series of robberies of Ceres buses in Victorias City and EB Magalona and other barangays in northern Negros Occidental, but missed to arrest the suspects at their hideout Sunday.

Supt. Santiago Rapiz identified the gang as Celeste Robbery Group led by brothers Danilo, “alias Maymay” and Marvin, “alias Totong,” all surnamed Celeste of Hda. Escanillan, Barangay 20, Victorias City.

Concerned resident of the barangay has complaint to police of indiscriminate firing in their area several days already.
