A first among company-based sugar mills in the country, Victorias Milling Company (VMC) recently had 376 of its workforce accredited by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), making VMC an industry leader for its employees, competence-wise and skill-wise, and in the community they serve.
