Victorias Milling Co., one of the country’s biggest producers of raw and refined sugar, marked a century of its existence with the unveiling of a marker and a 40-megawatt biofuel plant inside the mill complex in Victorias Cuty Tuesday afternoon.
The celebration, themed “100 Sweet Years”, gathered the firm’s top officials led by chairman, Wilson Young, and president, Minnie Chua, with guests of honor, Senators Cynthia Villar and Juan Miguel Zubiri.
