A drug personality who surrendered to police authorities was again arrested in a buy bust operation around 4:50 p.m. Wednesday at Osmeña Avenue, Barangay 13, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
Police Chief Inspector Eduardo Corpuz, OIC, identified the suspect as Douglas Arceo Gayotin, 22, single, of Barangay 9, Victorias.
He is a high value target, according to police and a graduate of Pag-amlig Program and a former drug surrenderee.
